Apply generously to exposed skin 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours, or after swimming or sweating.

WARNING: The cream doesn’t ensure 100% protection against UVA/UVB rays. Extended sun exposure is a serious health threat; avoid it even while using sunscreen.
